The creamy texture turns powdery after it’s applied to the skin. On my skin, Tahiti has the least amount of pigment, followed by Fiji. However, I did notice some shades showed up better when applied to my skin than others. The pigment is bomb right out of the pot. So, I rolled the dice when I selected my shades. The swatches on ELF’s website are not great. This lightweight but buildable, putty to powder blush, blends seamlessly into skin. It feels sleek and high end, despite the price tag. It just a tad redder/pinker than Turks and Caicos. Tahiti looks pink in the jar, but on my skin tone (golden olive light/medium), it is coral after blending it out.
